As a result, the First Instance Court is obliged to reexamine the decision of the Ministry of Culture based on the claim of Pink.<\/p>\n<p>Let us remind, that in 2017 Pink Armenia has appealed to the Ministry of Culture to accept advertising to promote tolerance towards LGBT people as social.
