Pink human rights defender non-governmental organization announces a call for a small sub-grant competition named \u201cCommunity and awareness\u201d. The maximum amount of the sub-grant is 1 million AMD (including taxes). Sub-grant projects must start on October 1st, and can last until November 30th (for a maximum period of 2 months).<\/p>\n

Only LGBTQ community-based initiatives or LGBTQ oriented recently founded non-governmental organizations can apply.<\/p>\n

The projects should aim to promoting or raising awareness on the human rights of LGBTQ people in Armenia through empowering and strengthening the capacities of the LGBTQ community.<\/p>\n

Applicants are free to choose different formats of projects, they can use art, online seminars, educational, or other online events to achieve their goals. Preference will be given to the project that has partially or completely chosen the online format for the project.<\/p>\n

Project proposals must comply with the decisions published by the Emergency Commandant of RA.<\/p>\n

The deadline for submission of applications is September 27th. The winner of the sub-granting competition will be announced on September 30th.<\/p>\n

To apply for the sub-grant competition, applicants should fill 2 documents in Armenian: the project proposal<\/a> and the project budget<\/a>. It is required to fill out the application and budget forms in the Armenian language. Applications should be submitted to grants@pinkarmenia.org.<\/p>\n

The proposals will be evaluated based on the feasibility of the action, taking into account the epidemic situation in the country, as well as the ability to analyze the issues, accurate assessment of the community needs, the cost-effectiveness of the project, the compliance with the objectives of the competition, and clarity of the project description.<\/p>\n
