Pink has a new executive director
Pink human rights defender NGO already has a new executive director. As of August 1, Hripsime Kizogyan assumed the position of executive director.
Hripsime Kizogyan is a dedicated professional passionate about human rights advocacy and social impact, with a strong background in monitoring and evaluation, project coordination, and research.
Hripsime has worked as a Project Coordinator at Pink human rights defender NGO since 2019, after which her role has changed to Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist. Since 2021, Hripsime has developed a comprehensive monitoring and evaluation plan, implemented data collection and analysis, and conducted media monitoring. Her expertise in assessing project performance and ensuring transparency has been instrumental in promoting accountability and learning within the organization.
Hripsime’s qualifications extend beyond her work experience, as she holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Yerevan State University, Armenia. Furthermore, she has pursued professional development through training and courses, including specialized training on monitoring and evaluation processes and online courses on conducting narrative projects and fact-checking media. With her strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and passion for promoting human rights, Hripsime Kizogyan is an asset to the organization striving to make a positive impact and advocate for social change.
